January 12th. The hospitality and professionalism was exceptional. My experience was scary to me and the staff gave me the facts and a get well plan. I was scheduled to get through the process ASAP due to my two hour drive to get to their office. I live on the Eastern Shore VA and it it worth the gas and time to get their service. January 13th. Second visit went as expected. Again, the staff held my hand and I went through my most feared moment without an issue.
Nothing but problem after problem after starting my orthodontic treatment to include cancelling appointments, overcharging for services, and rushing through cleanings. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Had loose crown they took me in right aw At. All the staff at the check in were super nice friendly and very knowledgeable. You can’t help but love the great service. The Dr herself has always been a focused and professional dentists.
My appointment was for 12:10pm today and Commonwealth Dentistry as usual was on time, courteous and professional.. I would recommend them to anyone!!!
