My experience dealing with the property manager Valerie has been great .The maintenance crew are excellent and good guys
The maintinence was great and the apartment was fine. My problem happened at move out. The front desk owner, Valerie, is incredibly rude. I accidentally forgot to give both keys back the day I moved out, and I called immediately to ask to rectify the situation. I never got a call back and every attempt to call was met with one answer, only Valerie can help you, and Valerie apparently rarely works.
