You drive down the road and notice beautiful brand new built Town homes your excited your moving into a brand new home! Well, its only a nightmare from here on out. Dena Friebig who is the townhome manager is very rude and has no compassion towards her tenants. She is very unprofessional she will swear at tenants and ignore complaints. Do not look into these townhomes! Or if you do keep driving by! While the concept is there, this business has flushed it down the toilet! They have gone through four managers since they opened a year ago. The current manager DF is very rude and incompetent just as the last three were. I have family that live at both current locations and while these townhomes are nice they are not well maintained.
