This place is in the worst part of Boston and their use to the mass ave crew so instead of gathering info you interacted you then denied pain relief to mass general management patients like not good get care their and die
I wrote a horrific review concerning DR. BOVE AND HER NEGLECT. CCA REPLIED I SHOULD CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY WOULD LIKE TO ADRESS MY CONCERNS BUT GAVE NO INSTRUCTION ON WHOM TO SPEAK WITH. JUST FURTHER PROOF OF THE UNCARING Compassionate public option health insurer who could careless about a very vulnerable population that depends on quality ethical treatment and care. How these people sleep at night knowing patients are suffering is beyond my comprehension. Dr BOVE IS SHAMEFUL AND BIASED.
