My experience with the entire commonwealth clinical group is extremely frustrating. I would NOT recommend them to anybody. Unfortunately I'm stuck with my daughter on another waiting list for psychiatry. However EVERY single time we have a appointment, there are issues. We had a appointment scheduled for a month. When I called to verify the time for that day, they said they didn't have her in the schedule. Absolutely disgusting to what I was subjected to as a Black Professional Woman with a Back Round in Social Work and retiring as a Psychiatric Nurse Aide with the Commonwealth. The Doc was beyond rude, judgemental and did not display Professional Ethics. I felt borderline Harassed for simply Advocating for my Child. He treated me like I was his Wife or had a Personal Relationship with him which was beyond Creepy. Talking to me in such a demeaning tone of voice. Right in Front of my Autistic Son. I was mortified.
