Call everyday for weeks with no answer trying to schedule

Took a loved one here for their intake appointment that was set up 2 weeks ago today. Was told the appointment was cancelled when we arrived because the person no longer worked there? They claimed they called to let them know the appointment was cancelled but the client is in work release and doesn't have access to their personal phone. They were aware of this when the appointment was made. They certainly didn't inform work release. Patrica and Clay will turn there backs on you if your not a criminal. They cancelled appts while waiting in waiting room. They would put criminals over me. STAY AWAY they fooled me. I will be adding pictures of time of call and my appt so this review is factual.

I’m getting this place investigated by state, psychologist carries weapons in office. Dr. Kcomt is an awesome psychiatrist but they won’t return calls to schedule me. I had one lady who took it seriously and she told me to call back Friday if I didn’t receive a call. I left her a voicemail and of course she went ghost too. Mental health should not have to deal with induced anxiety from a mental health clinic.
