Really didn't want to write a bad review. But I ordered w210 air ride kit on June 4 2024. August 6 2024 it got shipped. Then got lost somehow. Reached out to Commonwealth. Response was quickly answered. He said it happens sometimes and would ship another kit out. Few weeks go by reached out again. Quickly responded again and said it would be shipped out that week. (UPDATE AT THE END) Prior to placing an order, the communication from this company was incredibly fast and responsive. However, the moment my payment was processed, that responsiveness completely disappeared. It has now been nearly nine weeks, and despite multiple emails and Instagram messages, I have yet to receive a single update on my order. i ordered from here on Dec 26, 2024. I heard very good reviews from them on the Merc chassis. They kept holding off and holding off , it’s very frustrating when they tell you it will be shipped early of April 2025 and 2 weeks later, still haven’t even shipped then he says they’re in for powder coating. I have been trying to call their phone. no answer, they don’t answer their emails. Terrible customer service, will never order from here again.
The quality and attention to detail on my purchase was second to none. If you’re looking for clean and sleek part for your car/truck/suv, I can’t say enough about Commonwealth Chassis Works. Great communication and very easy to deal with.
