Zena has been very helpful and active throughout the entire home loan experience,although there’s been some difficulty on my developer side but Zena was able to communicate with my lawyer and getting all the paperwork done thanks again for Zena’s professional services ,the staff at the branch were also very nice and friendly when every time I was there.
Just wanted to go in and see if I am eligible for a credit card and the worker (who I will not put down the name of) looks me up and down and says “there’s no point in looking at it” excuse me but I am the customer you could’ve looked and said no instead of staring at me like I was a child and then me scolding me off, so rude it was very bad service.
ATM's regularly out of service and today all 3 ATM's to withdraw money aren't working. Given the branch is closed on a Saturday and this bank is in a shopping centre it's absolutely disgraceful that their customers can't withdraw cash on a regular basis. Get your act together!
Good service and excellent customer satisfaction
I’m definitely going to look for another bank and never deal with CommBank again. Bad communication and bad service and it is just not for me.
