I have mixed feelings about my experience living here. On the positive side, the interior of my individual unit was genuinely very nice, and I rarely had maintenance issues inside the apartment itself. The layout and overall condition of the unit were probably the best part of living here. I also want to acknowledge that the original management team during the first part of my lease was wonderful. Want to give a shout out to both Ryan and Wendell, maintenance staff here on site at Commonwealth Apartments. My wife and I have lived at this community going on 4yrs. All of my interactions with these two gentlemen have been positive. You typically will not see one and not the other together working as a team. Very knowledgeable and reliable. When both say they will fix an issue/repair, they are on it. I've never had to do a follow up with management about reminding them of an issue needing fixed. Those two don't forget. Tw... read more
