I have had a great experience with Boban Ristov from start to finish Thanks For The Opportunity
Beautiful apartment, but the noise that I can hear from my upstairs neighbors is insane. They have a child that runs from the time that he get up until his bedtime, on top of the contant stomping. I've spoken to my neighbor and management to no avail. I am a student so it makes ot hard to study and to just have peace and quiet.
We relocated from Texas to Virginia a few weeks ago, and while searching for furnished apartments in Midlothian Commonwealth Apartments came up with a few others. We made an appointment on their website for a tour because the property and amenities were beautiful on the site. We met with Boban Ristov, the leasing agent the next day and the pictures truly do not do the property justice! It is simply gorgeous! Decent complex. Lobby redone and invested in, to make a “wow” factor. The pool is cloudy, warm, & no scent of chlorine. Haven’t witnessed anyone checking parameters or adding fresh water. Tried to call or go in to discuss but couldn’t reach anyone during business hours. Don’t know that ADA standards are followed.
