I HAD to come back and change my review after finishing my lease here (Aug 2024–Aug 2025). The apartment itself was fine, but the management practices were an absolute nightmare. Management Instability & Ignored Issues Management changed three times in one year, and each switch meant less accountability. Serious problems were ignored: domestic violence complaints, open drug use and sales, unsupervised kids at the pool, and trash left behind after parties. Beautiful apartment, but the noise that I can hear from my upstairs neighbors is insane. They have a child that runs from the time that he get up until his bedtime, on top of the contant stomping. I've spoken to my neighbor and management to no avail. I am a student so it makes ot hard to study and to just have peace and quiet.
We relocated from Texas to Virginia a few weeks ago, and while searching for furnished apartments in Midlothian Commonwealth Apartments came up with a few others. We made an appointment on their website for a tour because the property and amenities were beautiful on the site. We met with Boban Ristov, the leasing agent the next day and the pictures truly do not do the property justice! It is simply gorgeous!
