We have been bringing our animals to first Genito Animal Hospital and continued with them when they changed to Commonwealth Animal Hospital. The services we have received have been nothing short of outstanding. They have always gone above and beyond to care for our animals. We have been taking our animals here for 20 years. Dr. Kit Charboneau, Katie, Susan, Nicole and Becky have all been wonderful to us. We are forever grateful for their hard work, dedication, ethical practices and love for our animals.
We have been long time clients and there is no vet like Dr. Kit! He is the best! We have always had excellent care from him, his wife and all the staff there.
I love the vets and assistants. Theyre friendly, straight forward and very helpful. Great care and advice!
All staff is friendly and personable.!! You can always tell how much they love their job and the animals.❤️ Our beagle, Boston, is a regular for his “ani and pedi” , we always say 🐶🐶 Even with Covid and the special scheduling, Susan always squeezes him in (No pun intended 😂 ) With our schedule and techs are always smiling!! Thanks for always accommodating and loving 🥰 our pups!! You guys are amazing!!
Love, love Dr. Kit AND his staff. Ive been going to him for YEARS and can’t imagine anyone else caring for my animals as much as he does!!! Everyone at Commonwealth is super friendly and you never, ever feel like they don’t have time for you. ❤️❤️❤️
My little fur ones and I have received exceptional customer service from day one!! I must say that every team member we have seen from the technicians to speaking with the veterinarians has been awesome!! We just moved back here from Oregon after 3 yrs to pick up with Commonwealth (Genito Animal Hospital) and am extremely pleased that we made the decision to come back!! You guys rock!! 5 days ago-Edit THESE VETS ARE THE BEST! I moved to Sandston, VA; about a 45 minute drive away from Commonwealth Animal Hospital and had to transfer to a new vet which is about 10 minutes away. After the new vet looked at my pet's gum disease, they wanted around $500 for each tooth extraction. And she more likely needed at least two teeth extracted. ($1000) That did not include the Anastasia. I payed for blood-work to be done at the first visit and it cost over $300. They were not taking any pets in for surgery that month du... read more
