Bruce Donald This is the director for Commonwealth Anesthesia. I advised him that my tooth was broken out due to intubation during surgery. He agreed to take care of the bill and after my exam (which he paid for) I presented him with the bill. A nightmare to work with... Please do not use Commonwealth Anesthesia. They are a nightmare to work with. I recently had a baby at St. Francis Medical Center, and my anesthesiologist was from Commonwealth. I chose the hospital because it was in-network for my insurance. Apparently, Commonwealth Anesthesia was not in network, even though the hospital was. My insurance company still paid in network status to them, since I was given the doctor on call, and I had no choice in the situation. They are still demanding that I pay $2... read more
