Excellent experience from hello to goodbye - all who represent the Urgent Care are extremely caring, knowledgeable and efficient. Very reassuring. I certainly appreciated their help
If I could give zero stars I would. I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. The staff was not friendly or welcoming, and there seemed to be a lot of confusion from the start. They struggled to locate my insurance information, which delayed everything and added unnecessary stress. Most concerning, it didn’t feel like the providers really knew what was going on with my son. Staff was fine. NP is strange. Wont go back. Second time i caught weird vibs.
I would give fewer stars if I could. Stay away from certain doctors there. I’ve never had problems here before, but today was a dealbreaker. I brought my daughter in with an inflamed eye. The doctor looked at her eye from a distance with a light and made a diagnosis of a cornea abrasion. When I asked if she was able to actually examine the cornea, she said no and that it was just an assumption. I then asked why she would list an assumption as a diagnosis without being able to properly check it. She couldn’t give a clear answ... read more
