NP Paul was a Godsend for me today! Identifying my uti and prescribing two proper meds. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. Also Dominque was kind and attentive with getting my stats and background info. Diane was welcoming at the front desk. Such a great experience! So thankful!
I went into the urgent care on a Sunday. Filled out some paper work. Waited maybe 20 min. Went back to room 3. The assistant was great. Kind and took vitals. The Dr came in and we had a conversation, showed him my injury. He let me know that it looked good and didn't need antibiotics. He told me how to care for it and sent me on my way. Great experience would recommend them to anyone. Dan
Friendly staff. Wait time wasn’t terrible around 8:30 am. Overall, good experience. Of course, nobody wants to be at Urgent Care. But if you have to go, this Urgent Care is good
Common spirit is absolute dogwater. They sent my insurance to the wrong PO box and after calling them like 10 times trying to sort this out and receiving promises that 10 business days later it would be sorted they eventually sent me to collections. I got tired of this and three-way called insurance with them and the agent just roasted them for filing the insurance wrong in multiple ways, something that was brought up many times in my phone calls.
