I am writing this from a room within the Common Spirit tri-lakes urgent care. I was immediately written off by NP Debra Tota as just having anxiety when she walked in. This was for my complaint of having shortness of breath and chest pressure at night, getting in the way of me being able to sleep, with concerns to it being related to my pregnancy. Terrific experience! The Common Spirit staff worked very hard to get me to the specialist I urgently needed to see, bypassing an unneeded trip to an ER, which would have delayed my care and inflate my costs astronomically. This is exactly how urgent care should work! Thank you to all involved in my care.
I am writing this from a room within the Common Spirit tri-lakes urgent care. I was immediately written off by NP Deb Tota as just having anxiety when she walked in.
