The front desk lady at the ER was polite but the woman who brought out a wheel chair was rude, rolled her eyes and proceeded to mock me while I was in pain. This ER lacks professionalism, kindness and basic human courtesy. I refuse to come here, we left the waiting room once I was able to and drove to Lakin’s ER instead. Lakin was great and kind 10/10 would definitely recommend Lakin.
My Friend just went in there after a car accident and all they did was shine a light in his eyes and tell him he’s fine, his pupils were dialated and he hit his head extremely hard. The fact that they didn’t give him a proper medical evaluation and MRI is actually appalling. I’m utterly disgusted. Do better.
They can't seem to find out simple things that are wrong with people and instead of finding the simple things they should be able to find they send them to places like Denver or Wichita do better
