Billing department is horrible!
The staff was professional and were very concerned about my comfort.
The front desk lady at the ER was polite but the woman who brought out a wheel chair was rude, rolled her eyes and proceeded to mock me while I was in pain. This ER lacks professionalism, kindness and basic human courtesy. I refuse to come here, we left the waiting room once I was able to and drove to Lakin’s ER instead. Lakin was great and kind 10/10 would definitely recommend Lakin.
