My experience with Nicole Nguyen was very positive. Although she talked fast, she listened to my concerns and addressed them in a way I felt was appropriate. She was personable and kind in her approach as well.
There are very skilled and wonderful people at CommonSpirit Primary Care. Dr. Ott is excellent as a doctor. Very thorough and professional. I really enjoy this group of professional people here.
The MAs were rude when drawing my blood and made so many hole in me that caused bruises in my arm. I hated there lab it stunk like urine and poop too. They don't know what they are doing at all.
The MA are rude and very pushy at this clinic.
Nicole Nguyen is the best has always helped me with my nose surgery my back pain just anything she always helps and always comes up with the best solution. She is amazing. I will never go anywhere else. She is my doctor forever.
