Heather Blair was excellent. My wedding ring was stuck on my finger due to arthritis and swelling, too tight to move.. She spent over 15 minutes getting it off, requiring strength, skill and persistence. I thought I would have to get my ring cut off— but she succeeded in removing it! What a relief.
Heather was awesome!
