Went in for the first time for my daughter appointment from the start the front desk lady was awesome as well as the nurses my daughter noticed all the positive vibes as well thank you for being so kind
Didn’t even have to go in because the second I they picked up the phone they were rude and had attitude.
I would give this place a -100 if I could because I went in there and you are able to look up insurance and see that it is valid and they were not helpful at all. And I had called the previous time to see about seeing a doctor because I was having some serious health issues and they had told me that they would not see me. I would not recommend this place. My grandmother goes there and she also said she would not recommend this place because the staff is not professional and can be very rude
Jaclyn Vath and her staff are always so helpful. Jaclyn really takes time to listen and understand what's going on. She also does a great job at explaining things clearly. I would recommend Jaclyn and her team to anyone looking for a primary care physician.
