Too long of a story to tell. Unbelievable.
This facility don't value people's time. They will text you the time and tell you differently than the time you selected on their app. And when they called, they will never apologized for the inconvenience. I took a time off from my job just to take my son only not to be seen because they can't get their scheduling together. And when they called they will blame you that you didn't allow enough time to be seen by their doctors when in fact we have already been waiting for over an hour. Worst receptionist, worst facility ever.... read more
Dr. Ford was very professional and very thorough with our appointment. She took the time to check on everything and went above and beyond. Which I appreciate tremendously. She even called to check on her. Doctors like her a few and far between. Again, thank you!
I absolutely love Dr. Oster , no doubt about that so she gets 5 stars . The woman at the front desk this morning was absolutely so rude and atrocious!!! We’ve never had an issue with Kami, Kami is the best receptionist ever . I’ve never had a problem until this morning and it honestly made me want to switch doctor’s offices . I get that they had to open late because of the weather which was perfectly fine for us . We got there right on time at 9:05 like our check in said to do. They had signs on the doors that they won’t ope... read more
