Terrible experiences; you’re gonna tell me that I have accepted 2 occurrences of appointment modifications because yall overbooked. But then you schedule a makeup appointment that’s right during school drop off. When “accepting” the appointment this was advised and I was told that “as long as we were there before 8 it wasn’t an issue” got there at 7:50 to be met with a no show and they’ll have to reschedule again even though I confirmed on the app (ECheck in) and the woman on the phone who made the damn appointment to begin ... read more
Great pediatrician that have understood my son & what he needs/ doesn't need for the he has compared to others that have excema which aren't the same, I thank you for being there for him & figure out what he may need for everything he need thank you!
Too long of a story to tell. Unbelievable.
This facility don't value people's time. They will text you the time and tell you differently than the time you selected on their app. And when they called, they will never apologized for the inconvenience. I took a time off from my job just to take my son only not to be seen because they can't get their scheduling together. And when they called they will blame you that you didn't allow enough time to be seen by their doctors when in fact we have already been waiting for over an hour. Worst receptionist, worst facility ever.... read more
Dr. Ford was very professional and very thorough with our appointment. She took the time to check on everything and went above and beyond. Which I appreciate tremendously. She even called to check on her. Doctors like her a few and far between. Again, thank you!
