If there was a way to give this place a big fat 0, I totally would. My husband had a minor scope scheduled for today. Should have only taken at the most an hour from start to finish. I have been sitting here since 8:30AM and now it is 11:30AM. He was taken back on time, but they had him lying in the bed waiting. He of course fell asleep for 2 freaking hours, but no staff bothered to wake him up or come out and let me know. When I asked the receptionist was nice, but she let me know it can be another hour to 2 hours. Like WTF... read more
