Nicole was great! She took her time and explained everything to me in detail. A very nice lady.
I love my provider, but I don’t know what’s going on with the office policies. I have been a patient for 4 years and have never been turned away for an appointment. Today I was told a virtual appointment is the only way to see a provider and if I need to testing I would do a drive up test. She said this has been policy since 2020. My entire family sees providers in this office and we have never had issues at the old location or this one until about a month ago.
