This clinic is a perfect example of what’s broken in the U.S. healthcare system. I went in for a shoulder injury back in March, and six months later I’m still receiving bills. In total, I’ve paid over $1,800 out of pocket, with my insurance also paying additional charges—for a single X-ray, a shoulder sling (billed at $100, better options available on Amazon for $30), a lidocaine shot, and some Tylenol. Beware of high, confusing costs and ongoing billing headaches. Friendly staff, but this organization clearly profits from p... read more

Blew my knee skiing this year and after expressing extreme pain when I arrived at the clinic, the attending physician said they don’t do narcotics for standard ACL tears. My child needed supplemental oxygen due to the altitude, and the clinic was excellent, helpful and would recommend to others needing medical help in Keystone. They also accepted Tricare, for what it's worth.

Avoid! Unless you are at a risk of you life, stay out! This is a money extraction facility with some nice nurses and a doctor attached. Charged over $5000 for three stitches; I am on hook for $2500. If you can, go to an urgent care facility in Keystone or Dillon. Chances are you'll be done quicker and you'll pay a small fraction that these bandits charge. BTW, they are not part of the ski patrol or the resort. They are just a money trap waiting for a victim. Be ready to talk to rude and unhelpful billing "patient representat... read more

Worst urgent care in the whole county! Have been twice, when my regular local dr couldn't see me, BOTH times they tried to over-charge me the max deductible cost, when my insurance says there should only be a $60 copay! Go to ANY other urgent care nearby if you can!
