While the staff were quick and responsive, my experience raised serious concerns about how rapidly care was escalated without adequate consideration of whether all the imaging performed was clinically necessary. As a doctor, I was surprised by aspects of the assessment and the extent of the imaging ordered. Today I had to go to the ER at Common Spirit in Breckenridge. The entire experience from start to finish was FANTASTIC. No wait and eacg staff member listened to me and provided excellence service. I feel so fortunate they are so close by.
One of your nurses directed me to your front door as I couldn't find it. She then took great care and was sweet and personal! Everyone there went above and beyond. My sons are avid snow boarders mountain bikers and hikers and I believe I have most likely paid for at least one wing in your ER. In other words we're frequent flyers. The care was great!
Professional and welcoming. Very professional and we’re timely in seeing me when I arrived.
