Dr. Yen, and his staff, is fantastic! The doctor is a very personable and caring provider.
It is not common today to find a health care provider that you trust to receive highest quality care. We have found that provider. Dr Yen and his staff are amazing. Natalie is the medical assistant that checked us in and recorded the preliminary stuff. She was so personable and respectful. She even took a moment to explain the equipment to our 4 year old granddaughter. Dr Yen took his time and answered all our questions and made us feel very confident in his care. Dr. Richard Gelb and his assistant, Veda did a wonderful job in answering my questions, tending to my needs, and was prompt in seeing me. They are a fantastic team!
Not good this time I don’t trust the Dr anymore
The first visit I scheduled an appointment for 9am. Doctor finally showed up at 9:45am. Second visit I scheduled an appointment for 9am. I walked out at 9:30. Office policy is "more than 15 minutes late has to reschedule." If it goes for the customers, it goes for the doctor. Find another office that respects their patients.
