On Today there was a letter attached to my door stating that when my lease is up in December Southwood Realty has decided not to renew my lease and I must leave the premises. I contacted Heather the Apartment manager and she couldn't give me a reason but told me in my lease they can make that choice. If I could give lower I could. Ove been here 20 months and this is the worst place I've ever lived I really have nothing positive to say. Update: I was hoping by now to change this review My power bills have been $250-275 a month for atleast 3 months now where mostly everyone in my building is $110-115. Maintenance replaced my air filter and stated i had hot air blowing in my second bedroom. They checked today and says it's blowing cold. The power company also stated something is going on with the air conditioner making the usage high. I cant get any help no cooperation.
