We signed a lease with Yugo after their office repeatedly called us saying rooms were “running out” and that we needed to sign quickly. Then a month later they sent out reduced rent offers but refused to honor those prices for people who already signed. The way they handle pricing feels completely misleading. We signed a lease with yugo and they dont seem like the kind of office you want to spend your college years at. They are very uncooperative and honestly can come off as a bit rude. They use very aggressive marketing tactics to get you a sign and them have a promo for way cheaper later on. Do NOT sign unless its 700 $ thats the lowest they will go.

This apartment does not do any pre clean up when you first move in. The first day we moved it, the kitchen was so dirty also there are so many cockroaches and bugs. I don’t know if this is because of how old the apartment is but even after pest control there was no difference. Also hosting a pool party and blasting music right before finals week is a bit interesting move.
