Front staff is very professional and nice
Been living at Villas on Apache for two years and absolutely love it. The resort-style pool area with cabanas gives me vacation vibes daily! My apartment has the perfect layout with great natural light. The gym is never crowded, management fixes issues immediately (you can just text them), and the location is perfect—quiet but walkable to ASU. For the amenities and resort atmosphere, the rent is reasonable. Feels like a permanent vacation while still being practical for everyday life!
They have a great pool table and the management is good.
