11/2025: It has the quality of fine dining but the comfort of sitting down with all your friends and family outside on a sunny day to discuss life. 🤌 ---------------------------------- 2022: The Commons is a good place to grab a quick bite if you're there for a conference or visiting one of the nearby labs. It's a campus cafe.
This place has really good, large tacos. Unfortunately, this morning I didn't have the same experience that I've had in the past. I bought 2 of the ham, egg, potatoe and cheese tacos and as I prepared to add hot sauce, I grabbed a little piece of ham to try and it did not taste good. It was discolored and tasted awful. Ham is usually a little pink but this meat was grayish. This kind of concerned me as to the tase and appearance. I subtracted 2 stars for this but all the other times they've been really good.
