I am writing this review so others do not make the same mistake as me and get stuck with a lease in this building. The proximity to the Ballard restaurant/shopping area is tempting. However, do NOT be that tempted. - The maintenance response time has improved since a new maintenance person was hired in January. However, previously, it took multiple months and requests for them to fix a screen door that fell off the hinges, a dishwasher that smelled (and still does) of rotten food, dog feces that were ground into the concrete... read more

The units are well built and the location is convenient. Sam in the leasing office is friendly and helpful. That is where the positives end. When I signed my lease, the building had a dedicated property manager and on-site security staff. Both are gone. Most of the commercial spaces that were occupied when I moved in are now vacant. There are no community events. The building feels like it is being left to run itself. Security has gotten worse throughout my tenancy. Community is pretty unhappy with management. All rentable commercial locations in the building are still vacant. No community events. Storage units broken into and vandalized. Location is great though.
