Smells like cigarettes and piss. Don't like how they disrespect the tenants
The landlord in rapid city is abusive and unorganized. She is new to the area and already treating tenants and those attempting to move in like garbage.
Poor communication with managers and corporate office
I have been living in my apt for almost 5 yrs and the mgt has been great and very helpful and supportive over all those years. They keep the Apts hall clean and stay on top of lawn and rest areas!!!
