Brian did a fantastic job. He was incredibly thorough, perfectly professional, and very considerate (even removing his shoes before walking around the home). He gave us detailed explanations as he inspected and then a summary at the end. He then wrote up a report on the home, but he also included a summary at the beginning that a layperson could easily understand. We so appreciate his help and will recommend him to any friends or family in the future.

Brian was fabulous to work with when we purchased our home back in 2015. We were young and he took 3 hours and really checked out every inch of the property for us. I would say he went over and above. I would absolutely refer him to everyone.

A veteran home inspector knows they can never find every deficiency or answer all questions about a given house but we can do the most thorough inspection possible and take time to transmit that information/answer questions in a way that is useful to the homebuyer. While just another day on the job for us it is useful to remember how important this can be to the buyer and it is always refreshing and appreciated to hear when we are successful. Mr. L.may be the best man I have ever met. He will make you feel comfortable and cared for. He will get the job done on time and done right! We ran into an issue with our appraiser not doing his job and causing a delay in our home buying process. Well Mr. L. came to our rescue and did an additional inspection within 24 hours to help get us through the process. I wouldn't look anywhere else when having a home inspected, he is the only person I would recommend. Thank you!
