If you’re on the fence and thinking about acupuncture JUST GO!! Josh is a wonderful. I started seeing Josh for my chronic plantar fasciitis pain in my right foot. I noticed changes in my pain after my first session and now see Josh on a regular basis to help with my foot. The additional benefits of acupuncture like better sleep and parasympathetic nervous system regulation have also sooo beneficial to me…both are highly underrated health necessities that go unnoticed in our busy day to day lives!
