Josh is such a wonderful practitioner! I've enjoyed seeing him for a mix of dry needling and acupuncture and find the blend so effective for my chronic tension issues as a hypermobile person. I'm also a physical therapist in town and refer patients to Josh, who also only have good things to say. Highly recommend!
I received four sessions of treatment from Josh for thyroid support and to address benign thyroid cysts, as well as overall health balance. I also received recommendations on herbal supplements. Within a month of treatment, there was a significant reduction of the size of the cysts, as well as having improved energy. I highly recommend Common Roots & Josh!
