Community Manager is very hostile in letters and make false claims. If I could, I would give negative stars
Horrible Community Manager, that give vague description of issues and makes false claims about residents not responding. Would give negative stars if could.
I'm a city council member and spent an hour trying to reach anyone at this office by phone, not get an email response after a week long attempt to address an issue. After each call of sitting on hold waiting for an answer during business hours (3pm on a Tuesday), the automated system claimed somebody would assist shortly, then a series of rings would occur before disconnecting. Horrible service. No one ever responds. We need to work together and get common interest removed from our HOA services. This has been one of the worst experiences i have ever dealt with. When resolving any issues or complaints a copy and paste message is the answered that is provided. Horrible service and unqualified staff.
