We've gone through the ringer with HOA property management companies and CDM has been a great for our little 33 unit community here in Walnut Creek. Kosta with customer service is very hands on with maintenance requests and always gets back to us right away and they aren't heavy handed with violations but really try to work with people through open communication. Very impressed with their team and that says a lot for HOA management
We have been using CDM for 8 years after leaving our previous corporate management due to them dropping the ball way to many times. Needless to say, our board has beyond impressed with Common Development Management over the years.
