Two stars, skip the coffee. The space is fine, the coffee is not, and I wanted to like it but couldn't. It starts with the smell — burnt, not roasted-dark burnt but scorched-carafe burnt, the kind that means the pot sat on the warmer for hours. The taste follows through: bitter up front, sour on the back end, with a thin metallic edge that lingers, tasting less like coffee than like the water you'd use to rinse a coffee pot.
