Got seated instantly and then proceeded to wait for any acknowledgment for 22 minutes. Got seated at 6:30, finally flagged someone down at 6:52. No water either. They finally got us water and took our order. Food was great. Got the simple pizza, acorn squash, and vodka pasta. Even the last time I was here the food was absolutely delicious, but the same issue with the service. The service was good but slow a bit. We got the food before the drinks. The corn was cold but good. I would give it a 3/10 But i would not go there again. The atmosphere is cool but for a couple of appetizers and 2 drinks for 100$ not worth it. It was edible but not the best. The focacia was burnt, and the drinks were not the best. Would not recommend, there are plenty of other places in Southie that are better.
Came here for a friends birthday and ordered the burger. I had asked for medium rare and it came out well done. I asked them to redo it and the second one came out exactly the same, gray and dry. Ate it anyway since it's a $24 burger. 2 stars because the fries were good. Just another mediocre and overpriced south Boston restaurant.
Worst service we have ever experienced. Our server avoided us the entire duration. I never make reviews but I had to go to the bar to ask for a drink and also had to go back to the bar to pay for our bill. We ordered wings, ate two because they had a seafood taste and my fianc� is allergic to seafood. We asked about it to a random waiter who dropped drinks off to the table and he assured us there was no cross contamination but my fianc� experienced an allergic reaction after consuming it so what he said was not accurate.
