This business is a joke! They lie through their teeth and treat people that don't go along with them 100% like crap. I have never seen more residents unhappy with the property management ever! I was on the HOA at Linden Green for 2 years and wanted to interview other property managers and Chris DiMarco has had it out for me ever since. This company is diobolical at best. He already said he was going to quit our complex because of another negative review-tag me and I will be happy to give you details.
Every day Chris proves himself to be a lying, unethical, unprofessional excuse of a human being. Run from him- he will use you only to his benefit. I rate him a minus 1000
Every day this company puts the z in sleazy! I implore anyone considering working with them, especially Chris DiMarco to contact me at conkushto@juno.com as I have FULL records and proof of the lies that they say and do on a daily basis.
If I could rate 0 stars I would, do yourself a favor and use a different property management company, you will thank me later
