Great value and comfort I really appreciate how easy shared living feels at Heritage House. The monthly cleaning keeps everything fresh and stress free. For the price, I get more value than I expected with a good mix of comfort, location and quality.

Common leasing agency-one of the worst The worst customer service all around. Very unorganized. Terrible and slow maintenance service. Several times tenants were stuck in the building due to a power outage which wouldn't allow for the garage gates to open, maintenance took hours to allow people to move there cars and leave. Horrific place to live! my contract says i have parking, i was assigned a spot, was charged $300 BUT after 2 wks. "management" threatened to tow my car, since they didnt have documentation (awful communication), forcing me to park on the street and i still haven't got my money back for parking I couldn't use!
