Called to inquire about self pay options as someone who has been going to this practice for almost 20 years. Lady who answered the phone sounded like she rolled out of bed, didn’t understand what I was asking and provided no information. Then she sighed under her breath “oh god” as if I was inconveniencing her. When experiencing a health concern this was disheartening.
