Mom rented apt 21. Private landlord. Section 8 tenant. The building reeks of marijuana. The landlord of apt 21 does not like to make repairs. Apt was roach infested and the mold growth was really bad. I helped mom to clear up some of the mold and to control the roaches but she stayed sick in this apartment because she has asthma.
