Worst hotel management. Jerome is worthless. had reservations, was called 16 hours before reservation and told that I should expect a lot of noise in the hallway and there was nothing I could do about it. I have never stayed there nor will I. The management is worthless.
These people are liars and two faced. One of my friends recently got married, they wanted to have their reception here everyone told them yes of course no problem. They asked if they could bring their own food, they would by the keg from them but wanted to bring their own food...oh yeah sure no problem. Well when they went to reserve everthing and sit down with one of the people from amnagement to sign papers and everything the woman said oh no we can't do that(after all the invites had been sent out).
