Hi, I had the worst experience of my life. My house started in August 2020, and still I am waiting for my house to be finished. Few contact people changed over the period. Now the new staff are not acknowledging the communication I had with the old staff. Prestart was bad. The person who was doing prestart had no clue, so she wrote down whatever she understood.
