I had been following Julie on social media for quite some time and the opportunity arose to join her for a class at Eastern Market. The best place ever
I have lost over 50 lbs since I've been going to Julia Lynks studio classes. She is a fun and energetic person and makes sure you know the routine well. Moves are easy to follow and for all fitness levels. Very encouraging people and atmosphere. Come and check her out. She offer class packages, drop in pay per class and live videos you can do from home.
