Gary, you probably are one of those Brokers, who are bought out by the company, i think are the loan sharks called Commission Express. Waite till they show you their real character. This company preys on the struggling realtors and they buy out the brokers to get to their agents. I know it, I have been there.
Realtors if you have not heard about Commission Express you need to check them out. My Dallas, TX office has done everything the said and have done it efficiently and quickly. When my money is sent it arrives just like I was told. Time and Date and on time. Every time. This company is one of the Realtors best friends about getting your commission before closing.
