They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough. I felt like my needs were mostly met. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I do not believe the office runs very efficiently and have had a number of cases where my concerns were actually blown off, as in, we'll send this back to the Dr. and then 2 days later I am still waiting to hear from him!!
