The only place I get salt for my water softener.
Called to have my water softener serviced - Greg P. was timely and talked through some ideal things to know about soft/hard as a homeowner and how to get the most life out of our water softener. He was able to assess and fix our underlying issue and give us advice on maintenance. Great service!
So, the store is always staffed with helpful people, but I cannot in good faith ever recommend Commers to anyone due to their abysmal central office customer service in regards to product support. I've had nothing but problems with my purchased water softener, and the "customer service" they direct you to ignores all inquiries. I'm sure it's an easy fix on their end, so I'm not sure if it laziness, apathy, or just disdain for their job preventing them from fixing the problem I'm having with my unit.
