Nice has gotten even nicer with a dedicated Commercial Service area. The service repair shop has specialized service bays for Super Duty and Transit vans. We have seven commercial bays which are able to service F-550 or equivalent size vehicles. The commercial service bays are in a separate part of our service repair shop, with a dedicated Service Advisor and a section for service write-ups and drop-offs. This makes it easier for our business customers to receive timely and convenient service.

Made an Appointment to bring my bought new, still very low mileage (6900 mile) 2018 F-150 in to see what was wrong. During the last month the vehicle began having random starting issues. I ran over a nail on Cliff Ave this morning on my way to work. I called Ford and spoke with a very nice young lady named Paige. She was very helpful and informative. She helped me get in touch with roadside assistance. I got the tire to Ford at 2pm. Service advisor Wyatt said he would have someone look at it right away and I could come back at 5pm when I got off work. They would either patch the tire or put on a new one.
