Not a helpful place! The owner kept our Dyson vacuum for a week and never called to tell us it needed a new battery. When we finally called him, he said the battery was on back order and would cost $275. We took our vacuum home and found a battery on Amazon for $80 with next day delivery. We were not pleased with our experience.

The lady made me drop off my vacuum and pay $100 upfront. she said that was all. So they can fix my extractor because the vacuum wasn’t starting. and charged me another hundred dollars because supposedly it took him two hours to find the problem and it was the cord for the vacuum, but he was looking at the vacuums motors first idk . And that was the nonsense. Don’t go here they’re overcharge you. Just put it on the credit card if you do.
