Great job, the crew seems to be doing a great job
Just amazing! I got a flat about 60 miles from Burley and had to use the dreaded donut tire in the rental car. After dealing with the run around with the rental company, I was told to go to Commercial Tire in Burley. They were simply the best. They didnt have to go over the top for me because the rental company was paying the bill, but they treated me very well and I was in and out in an hour! If you need service in this area, go to Commercial Tire in Burley, they are awesome!
Went in rotated my tires and the guys were rude, didn't have good customer service, no smiles or friendliness. I would ask a question and they were very short. After the rotation of the tires, a day later or so my brake pads started squeaking after we were told they were good. Not going there anymore.
I was replacing my timing belt and my crank shaft pulley nut was on too tight. These guys didn't have to help me out but they did and got it loose for me. Very nice and very professional. They will take care of you. Terry is a good man!
Brought my wife's suburban here for an alignment and and a set of new tires. After dropping the car off they called me to tell me the vehicles upper and lower ball joints were shot and that's why the tires were wearing, they quoted me $1,000 for the ball joints and said they wouldn't be able to do an alignment until these were replaced. I knew right then this place is a scamming shop. Not only am I an ASE certified tech but the ball joints had been replaced no more than 8 months ago. Lies!!!! I bought used mis-matched tires from here because they assured me that my car would drive straight. LIES!!!! Now they won't give me a full refund when it's them that misled ME! And the owner cussed me out on the phone-- what kind of a service is this! Do NOT go here, there are plenty of cheaper places around town that don't lie to you to make a quick buck! Lies!!!!
