Called on Thursday to get 4 new tires, and an alignment done was scheduled for 12 o'clock The next day for the alignment tires were ordered. Tires Supposed to be in at 10 o'clock in the morning showed up at 1030. at 2:30 I get a phone call. They didn't ship the tires. the appointment was at 12 o'clock, and they had to put the tires on before the alignment. You would think that they would have checked and would have already known before Noon that the tires did not show up, so had to wait till the next day. was there Before th... read more

We’ve purchased several sets of tires through Commercial Tire over the years and have been happy with the service. Yesterday, I had two tires that were low, so I stopped in to have them checked out. As luck would have it, one had a nail and one had a hole. They repaired both tires and got me on my way in about thirty minutes…All with a friendly smile and a great bag of popcorn. And, best of all, no charge! Thank you for making my day!!! What great customer service!

The staff at commercial tire have been amazing! Always have treated us respect and listened and actually heard us! They make sure your vehicle is safe before leaving the shop.
