I have a trust issue with a company that won't let you watch them work, and constantly tries to up-sell everything. When I tell you I want to see the damaged tire, It has to be WHEN YOU DISCOVER IT, not after you've forced me to walk away from it, so you can create whatever scenario you want to sell me.
