Everyone was friendly. I overheard they were short staffed but no one seemed overwhelmed, they did what they had to do to help everyone. The mechanic that helped me, Carlos Salinas, was very helpful, polite and professional. He did his best to get the oil change done on a timely and reviewed with me results/findings. I will be returning and recommend.
