Switched to a Ford dealer for some major repairs. Went back for routine service and the tried to sell me things I didn’t ask for. Came back to Commercial Tire due to their trusted ethical service

Does commercial tire don’t care about customers waiting in line? I went to get tires repaired the front desk employee just kept on answering the phones and ignore the customers in line waiting, I own a business and I take care of the customers in-front first that already are there inline waiting to be attended, customers on the phone can be put on hold. Easy way to loose customers and get a bad reputation.
